Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with proven expertise in driving international growth through strategic partnerships, market expansion, and technology-based solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of global markets and a passion for building long-term client relationships in the IT services and product domain.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Good understanding of Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or similar languages.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage international B2B sales efforts, focusing on IT services and product-based solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships across geographies such as the USA, Canada, Europe, and Africa.
  • Integrate AI services (e.g., NLP, image recognition, predictive analytics) into existing software products.
  • Explore prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and optimization of foundation models for specific use cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—data scientists, DevOps, and product leads—to deliver AI features to production.
  • Contribute to AI architecture design, ethical AI usage guidelines, and internal knowledge-sharing.
  • Keep up with latest AI trends, open-source models, and developer tooling.
