We're building a cutting-edge AI-Enabled Developer Team to accelerate innovation at
Dynamic Labs. This team will focus on Integrating Artificial Intelligence and Automation
into our core technology stack—enhancing developer productivity, enabling intelligent
feature development, and transforming how we build software.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop AI-powered applications, APIs, and internal tools using LLMs (OpenAI,
Anthropic, Gemini, etc.).
● Build intelligent agents, copilots, and automation systems for internal and
external users.
● Integrate AI services (e.g., NLP, image recognition, predictive analytics) into existing
software products.
● Explore prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and optimization of foundation models for
specific use cases.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams—data scientists, DevOps, and product
leads—to deliver AI features to production.
● Contribute to AI architecture design, ethical AI usage guidelines, and internal
knowledge-sharing.
● Keep up with latest AI trends, open-source models, and developer tooling.

Preferred Skills & Experience
● Good understanding of Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or similar languages.
● Basic familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, etc.).

● Exposure to machine learning concepts and AI model integration.
● Experience or coursework in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or AI/ML tooling.
● Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, Docker, or basic MLOps practices.

Bonus Points If You Have
● Experience with LangChain, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), or agent
frameworks.
● Exposure to vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS.
● Domain knowledge in healthcare, fintech, or retail for vertical AI product
development.
● Contributions to open-source projects, AI challenges, or public model repositories.
